Senior Manager – Business Development

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Development to join its team. This role is fundamental to achieving key revenue growth objectives in a challenging and entrepreneurial environment.

The selected candidate will lead opportunity assessments, develop response strategies and proposals, create technical solution pitches using consulting frameworks, and execute cross-selling and upselling strategies within existing accounts.

The position requires strong research abilities, high-impact presentation skills, end-to-end sales cycle ownership, and the ability to engage directly with VP and C-level client stakeholders. Candidates can choose to work remotely or operate from the Chennai or Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Opportunity Assessment and Pitching

• Lead and participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, and response strategy development.

• Create technical solutioning for business problems and build impactful presentations using consulting frameworks as part of bid processes.

• Pitch and present Tiger Analytics’ capabilities and proposals to support the sales cycle.

2. Account Growth and Strategy Execution

• Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies by understanding client landscapes and existing engagements.

• Focus on farming and mining within existing accounts, building databases, and following through to signing target-driven sales metrics.

3. Sales Collateral and Thought Leadership

• Create and own Point of View (POV) documents across industries and practice areas.

• Develop case studies, white papers, and sales collaterals to assist the team in pitch evangelism.

• Assist in market prospecting using specific market and company research data.

4. High-Level Solution Architecting

• Provide high-level solution architecting for analytics and AI/ML business needs.

• Collaborate with global, remote teams to clearly communicate client business problem contexts to technical teams.

5. Stakeholder and Agreement Management

• Engage with VP & C-level stakeholders across business and analytics departments.

• Draft and review key legal agreements on a best-efforts basis, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and Teaming Contracts.

• Strong background in AI/ML and analytics solutioning.

• Educational background: Graduation in any discipline; MBA or B.Tech from premier institutes is preferred.
